Fleet Check pricing: Light-duty vehicles generally range from $100–$125 per unit. Trailers generally range from $120–$150 per unit. A $400 minimum applies to Fleet Check visits. Final pricing depends on fleet size, vehicle type, location, access, and inspection scope.
Scheduled Care Pilot: The $0 monthly management fee applies only during the pilot period stated in the customer’s written agreement. ASA Fleet Services will provide advance notice before the pilot ends. Continued participation requires the customer’s approval of paid program terms.
Billing notice: Program fees cover only the listed management, scheduling, recordkeeping, and reporting services. Labor, diagnostics, parts, fluids, mobile service charges, travel, repairs, towing, taxes, disposal fees, and outside-vendor charges are billed separately unless specifically included in writing.
Tier 3: Managed Fleet Maintenance is a planned future service and is not currently available for general enrollment.
